Client Brief
We were commissioned to supply and install a flat-pack air handling unit (AHU) for a large retail customer, designed to deliver high-capacity airflow for a busy store environment.
Due to restricted access to the plant area, the unit was supplied in a flatpack configuration and fully assembled on site by our team.
The system included a Low Pressure Hot Water (LPHW) heating coil to provide reliable and efficient heating throughout the colder months.

The AHU was manufactured in-house through EA Air Handlers, giving full control over quality and performance.
With restricted access to the plant location, a flat-pack configuration was essential. This allowed components to be brought into position without structural alterations, before being fully assembled and commissioned on site.
