Our business began in 2020, founded by two directors combining complementary expertise. One came from a background in AHU manufacturing, while the other brought engineering experience in AHU installation, repair, retrofit, and refurbishment.
Together, they launched Electroair, focusing on delivering high-quality retrofit and refurbishment solutions for air handling units (AHUs).
During the pandemic, the team recognised a significant challenge: long lead times from suppliers were impacting project delivery. Leveraging their combined expertise, they saw an opportunity to manufacture bespoke AHUs in-house, ensuring clients could receive high-quality products quickly without compromising standards.
This led to the launch of EA Air Handlers in 2022, allowing the company to offer custom-built AHUs while remaining competitive in the market and becoming a true one-stop shop for retrofit, refurbishment, and bespoke solutions.
Since then, our customer base has grown, and our reputation across the industry has strengthened.
We’ve successfully delivered projects for large retail complexes, major hospitals, airports, and many other sectors. Over the past 12 months, we’ve invested in expanding facilities, strengthening our team, and increasing market exposure — all aimed at helping more clients access efficient, reliable, and future-ready ventilation solutions.

Jason brings over three decades of experience in AHU manufacturing and data centre cooling solutions. His extensive expertise covers bespoke AHU design, manufacturing, installation, and refurbishment, with a strong focus on customer premises and project delivery.
As a director, Jason oversees manufacturing operations, product development, and technical innovation, ensuring every solution meets the highest quality standards while delivering reliable, energy-efficient performance for clients.
Richard brings a wealth of experience across the construction sector, with almost 10 years in plumbing and heating and 3 years in HVAC, giving him over 13 years of industry expertise. As Head of Sales, Richard leads client engagement and business development, ensuring each project receives the right solution to meet performance, efficiency, and operational goals.
With a strong background spanning multiple industries, Richard combines technical understanding with commercial insight, making him a trusted point of contact for clients and partners alike.
Jonathan brings extensive project management and engineering experience to the team, specialising in HVAC and building services projects. He has over a decade of experience managing complex installations, commissioning, and site operations across a variety of sectors.
As Project Manager, Jonathan oversees planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring that timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. His technical expertise combined with strong management skills ensures smooth delivery and high-performing solutions for every client.
Neil is responsible for overseeing AHU projects from initial planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
As Project Manager, Neil coordinates between clients, consultants, and site teams, managing resources and schedules to keep projects running smoothly. His strong organisational skills and technical knowledge allow him to balance both the big picture and the fine details, ensuring every project meets client expectations.
With a focus on clear communication and efficient delivery, Neil provides clients with confidence that their AHU installations, refurbishments, and maintenance projects are in safe hands.
Leanne joined I-Flow Technologies in 2022 and brings over a decade of experience in the HVAC industry, including 11 years as a Service Manager prior to joining the team.
As Office Manager, Leanne oversees all office operations, including staff management, payroll, administration, and IT systems. She ensures the smooth running of day-to-day operations, supporting both the team and clients with efficiency and professionalism.
Leanne’s extensive industry experience and organisational skills make her a key part of the team, keeping operations streamlined and enabling the company to deliver projects effectively and on time.
Daniel brings over 10 years of experience in HVAC and design, specialising in the development and visualisation of air handling units. As Design Manager, Daniel is responsible for 3D renders, technical drawings, and component selections for new units, ensuring designs are accurate, efficient, and aligned with client requirements.
His expertise allows the team to develop bespoke AHUs with precision and clarity, providing clients with detailed visuals and design assurance before manufacture and installation.
Matt plays a key role in the successful delivery of projects on site, overseeing installation, refurbishment, and maintenance works for AHUs. As Site Supervisor, he ensures that every project is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
With hands-on experience across a wide range of ventilation projects, Matt coordinates site teams, manages day-to-day operations, and keeps projects on track to meet deadlines and client expectations.
His practical expertise and attention to detail provide clients with confidence that installations and refurbishments are completed smoothly, safely, and to specification.
